Hegseth says Trump means business as US plans to deliver strongest strike on Iran in entire war

US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has promised that on Tuesday, the United States will carry out the most powerful airstrikes since the beginning of the military operation against Iran.

Hegseth made the announcement at a press briefing at the White House alongside President Donald Trump.

“Today, by the president’s order, there will be the largest number of air strikes since the first day of operations in the Middle East, and tomorrow—there will be even more than today,” the Pentagon chief said.

According to him, American forces are prepared to go anywhere, at any time, to protect the country’s interests and complete their assigned mission.

“In that case, Iran will have a choice. Choose wisely, because the president is serious. We operate with precision. We control the skies,” Hegseth stated.
