Pakistan’s defense minister has deleted a social media post criticizing Israel, Al Jazeera reports.

A social media post by Pakistan’s Defense Minister, Khawaja Asif, in which he reportedly called Israel a “curse for humanity”, appears to have been deleted.

It follows backlash from Israel, with the office of the Israeli prime minister calling the minister’s remark “outrageous.”
