Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that the number of personnel losses that the Ukrainian Armed Forces incurred in 2023 is more than 215,000, interfax.ru writes.
“The Russian troops are methodically reducing the military capability of the Ukrainian armed forces. Over the past year, the enemy sustained over 215,000 losses in personnel and over 28,000 losses in equipment,” Shoigu said in a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces.
