Russia considers Armenia ally and plans to develop relations

Moscow considers Yerevan its ally and plans to develop
friendly relations with it. As TASS reports, Spokesperson for the Russian
President Dmitry Peskov said this.

Peskov commented on the Defense Cooperation Plan 2023-2024
between Armenia and the U.K. and responded positively to that.

“Armenia is a sovereign state that develops bilateral
relations with the states with which it finds necessary. We have our relations
with Armenia, and of course it is a friendly state, it is our ally. We will
continue to develop our allied relations,” Peskov noted.
