Azerbaijani media: Baku “refused” to receive Louis Bono

After U.S. Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations and U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Louis Bono met in Yerevan with a number of officials, including Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Secretary of the RA State Council Armen Grigoryan and Vice President of the RA National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, he did not leave for Azerbaijan. 

Citing reliable sources, Minval reports that Baku “refused” to receive Bono․
