Qatar Emir calls Palestinians’ displacement red line

Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said the Palestinian cause is a matter of principle and honor, Al Jazeera writes. “The displacement of Palestinians is a line that cannot be crossed or accepted,” the Emir of Qatar said.

To remind, on Oct. 7, 2023, Palestinian resistance groups launched Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against Israeli positions from the Gaza Strip. On the 45th day of hostilities between Israel and Hamas, a four-day truce was established for the exchange of prisoners.

After the truce expired on Dec. 1, 2023, the Israeli forces resumed attacks on Gaza. To retaliate for the unexpected attacks, Israel has blocked all checkpoints in the Gaza Strip and keeps bombarding the area.
