This morning, the employees of the Goy Theater staged a protest outside the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport against the merger with the Gabriel Sundukyan State Academic Theatre. The artistic director and director of the theater, Artur Sahakyan, said they had organized a peaceful protest. During the protest, the newly appointed manager of the theater, the accountant and the lawyer were in discussion with the ministry representatives. The lawyer had been unexpectedly informed about his dismissal, while the manager refused to talk to the press, saying there would be a public discussion in the coming days.
