Recent actions of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the
Gaza Strip are the first ceasefire violation. As TASS writes, Al Arabiya
reported this.
As reported, the Israeli tanks opened fire in the south of
the enclave, east of the cities of Rafah and Khan Yunis. According to Al
Arabiya, Israel used stun grenades.
Qatar-based Al Jazeera said Israeli forces were firing from
tanks into the north of the enclave, northwest of Gaza City.
Al Arabiya and Al Hadath TV channels reported on Tuesday
that explosions and firing were heard west of Gaza City. The Israeli armed
forces opened concentrated fire east of Khan Yunis.
Under the agreement brokered by Egypt, Qatar and the U.S.,
the two-day humanitarian truce was supposed to begin at 7:00 a.m. local time.
It was to last until Nov. 30.
