“Karabakh University” to be established in occupied Stepanakert

“Karabakh University” will be established in Stepanakert
that is temporarily occupied by Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani media reports.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on
this.

“To set up “Karabakh University”, a legal entity
affiliated to the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan,” reads the
decree.
