Since 2018, the roads being repaired and the asphalt being paved seems to have become the trump card of the current authorities. They have been throwing this in the face of people calling it remarkable progress. But as it turns out, the authorities themselves are not pleased with this asphalt quality. Before this, they faced quality issues regarding the construction works in the schools undergoing renovation.
