An earthquake, measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale, occurred in the south of the Philippines, in Mindanao island, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reports.
The earthquake happened today, Feb. 10, at 3:32 a.m. UTC, nine kilometers south of the village of Tungao with a population of 8,900.
So far, there have been no reports on possible casualties or damages.
