French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will sign a bilateral agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine on Friday in Paris, Agence France-Presse reports, citing the Élysée Palace․
As noted, Zelenskyy will leave for Germany and France on Friday to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Macron.
Earlier, citing the Élysée Palace, the mass media reported that Macron had to postpone his Feb. 13–14 visit to Kyiv for security reasons.
Meanwhile, Macron had announced that France would soon finish working on a bilateral agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine and had promised to announce its signing during his visit to Ukraine in February.
