Azerbaijani arrested in Moscow at Armenia’s request returns to Baku as released

News came in yesterday about the arrest of Azerbaijani blogger and athlete Kamil Zeynalli in Russia. Apart from Armenia, this was confirmed by Russia and Azerbaijan.
