Russian Emergency Ministry delivers another 27 tons of humanitarian aid to Gaza
The aircraft, belonging to the Russian Ministry of Emergency
Situations, has arrived at El Arish International Airport in Egypt. The
aircraft took off from Dagestan to deliver 27 tons of humanitarian aid to the
population of the Gaza Strip. As TASS writes, the press service of the ministry
reported this.
The cargo carried food, baby food, clothes, shoes and
hygiene products. This is the second shipment of humanitarian aid sent from
Dagestan to Gaza. As Head of the Republic of Dagestan Sergey Melikov noted,
humanitarian aid, weighing over 100 tons, has been gathered in Dagestan,” the
ministry’s press service said.
So far, the Russian side has sent more than 200 tons of
humanitarian aid to the population of the Gaza Strip.
