Pashinyan to send delegation to US
Armenia will send a delegation to the U.S. to attend the regular meeting of the Armenia-U.S. Council on Trade and Investment. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a relevant decision.
“Under Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Structure and Activity of the Government,
- To send a delegation to the United States (Washington) on March 6–9, 2024, to attend the regular meeting of the Armenia-U.S. Council on Trade and Investment.
- The expenses related to the delegation members’ business trip to the United States to be covered:
1) those of Rafayel Gevorgyan, Artur Maysuryan and Zhak Hakobyan by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia,
2) those of Grigor Hakobyan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia,
3) those of Nerses Zeynalyan by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia,
4) those of Mesrop Grigoryan by the Food Safety Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia.
- To submit the report on the outcomes of the business trip to the U.S. to the acting RA minister of Economy within three days, under the procedure established by the Armenian prime minister’s Sept. 19, 2018 decision N 1230-N,” reads the decision.
