The European Parliament adopted a resolution proposing to consider the possibility of Armenia’s candidacy for EU membership by 504 votes to four, with 32 abstentions.

The press has been talking about this since yesterday, and at today’s Cabinet meeting, Pashinyan presented this as his achievement. What does this actually mean?
