Government’s dream or imitation: Economic growth is bubble

budget, the Minister of Finance expressed confidence that the RA economy has
achieved a double-digit growth and has shown remarkable resilience. Economists,
however, hurried to disappoint the minister, reminding him that this growth has
been encouraged only due to external factors, mostly coming from Russia.
