Prime Minister of the U.K. Rishi Sunak called for an “immediate humanitarian pause to allow for the release of the hostages and the delivery of additional aid to the Gaza Strip”.
“The situation in Gaza is unstable now, and we need to take immediate steps to avert starvation,” Sunak said.
He urged all parties to continue negotiations in order to reach an agreement as soon as possible.
