Chair of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova announced the voting results of the Russian citizens abroad, according to which Putin received the majority of votes in Armenia, Germany, Estonia, Latvia and Australia.
In particular, in Armenia, 54.7% of the voters cast their ballots for Putin.
Pamfilova noted that the Russian citizens who had relocated to Georgia after the start of the special military operation also came to Armenia to vote, because Russia has no official diplomatic relations with Tbilisi, and polling stations were not opened in Georgia.
