Despite problems regarding CSTO, Armenia and Russian are brotherly countries: Past day recapped

Pashinyan talked about the relations with the CSTO, noting that we do not block the adoption of CSTO decisions; we just do not participate in the process. Spokesperson for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said Armenia is even more than a brotherly country for Russia, although the two countries are currently experiencing a rather difficult period of relations.
