State Department: People who have left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to come home

In a weekly briefing, Spokesperson for the U.S. Department
of State Matthew Miller responded to the question about the rights and return
of those displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. 

“I will just say what I’ve said before. We continue to
believe that people who have left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to come home
if they wish to do so, and that’s a right that should be upheld,” Miller said.
