A new phase of tension in Armenian-Russian relations: Who is to blame?

Armenian-Russian relations have entered a new phase of tension. Sergey Lavrov and Alen Simonyan brought a new barrage of mutual accusations. Simonyan blamed Russia for leaving Armenia alone at the most critical moment, while Lavrov noted that Armenia is consciously damaging the relations between the two countries․
