Today, the dialect of Artsakh is endangered, just like the
Armenianness of Artsakh will be tomorrow. A language lives if it is spoken in a
certain territory. The non-material value that the people from Artsakh, living
in different villages and cities of Armenia today, have brought with them is
the dialect. Even if they try to preserve it individually, a state strategy
