Levon Kocharyan: The chapter of Artsakh has not been closed

According to MP Levon Kocharyan from the NA Armenia
Alliance, the chapter of Artsakh has not been closed. 

“I understand that this may sound unrealistic to many
people, but we should not think like that, and we should not consider this
chapter closed. We need a window of opportunity to return, and we should open
that window. To this end, it is important for us to preserve Artsakh as a
political entity,” the son of the second president of Armenia said to the
press.

Referring to those guilty of the loss of Artsakh, he noted
that the primary responsibility falls on the Armenian authorities.
