“Around a year ago, when Azerbaijan was advancing toward Tegh village, occupying the sovereign territories of the Republic of Armenia, various government figures said with the same confidence they have today that they were negotiating with Azerbaijan for its return to its previous positions.
What happened next, the residents of Aravus, Tegh and Kornidzor villages know best. The Azerbaijanis never withdrew, and hectares of our agricultural areas turned into Azerbaijani firing points.
Where are the people now who lied to people, assuring them that they were negotiating with Azerbaijan and that their troops would withdraw?
These people are now trying to convince the residents of Voskepar, Baghanis, and in general, everyone, that after unilaterally ceding territories to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan will withdraw from the Armenian territories it has occupied over time.
On the way to all this, the authorities have mooted the last reserves of their propaganda machine to ensure that widespread falsehood prevails, and their anti-state actions are put into effect.”
