U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken had a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani media writes.
As reported, Blinken told Aliyev that the April 5 meeting in Brussels between the Armenian prime minister, the U.S. secretary of state and the president of the European Commission is not directed against Azerbaijan and is going to center on Armenia’s economic development.
