Streets full of potholes in capital Yerevan: Why does the issue persist?

The municipality performs pothole repair works several times a year to ensure a good traffic flow. The residents of Yerevan, however, are not content with the results. How do they fix the potholes that a week later a need arises to do the same work? According to Artur Chakhoyan, the reason is the wrong methods used during the repair works.
