Blinken: The US will allocate over $65 million in aid to Armenia
The United States is investing in efforts that are in line with the economic reforms of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s government, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in Brussels.
“We intend to provide more than $65 million in aid from our budget, which is 50% more than the amount granted two years ago. We are committed to our support for Armenia’s democratic and economic resilience,” Blinken said, noting that there are going to be investments in the fields of food safety, digital infrastructure, energy, and diversification of trading partners.
