Spokesperson for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the statement of U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres about ending the Ukrainian conflict along with maintaining the territorial integrity of Ukraine, noting that the geopolitical realities have changed and that Russia already has new regions and this should be taken into consideration.
“The geopolitical realities in Ukraine are completely different now. And you know they have changed in Russia as well. The Russian Federation has expanded; it has four new regions, and this should be taken into account,” Peskov told the press.
