Decline of democracy in Armenia: “bastion” is not as good as it used to be

There has been a drop in the index of democracy and judicial independence in Armenia. Freedom House rated the Armenian judicial framework at 2.75 on a seven-point scale. In its report, the organization took as a basis the increase in cases of violence against people by the police and other law enforcement officers in 2023. A few days ago, the organization assessed the level of democracy in Armenia at 35 out of 100. This angered the authorities. Details in the video:
