The Il-76 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency
Situations has sent another shipment of humanitarian aid to el-ʻArīsh, Egypt
for the population of the Gaza Strip.
The aircraft landed in El Arish International Airport.
The plane carried 25 tons of aid, including food, hygiene
products, clothes, portable stoves and blankets. After unloading, the aid will
be transferred to the delegates of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society, for it to
be delivered to Gaza.
The flight was organized by order of the Russian president
and the minister of Emergency Situations. This has been the fourth shipment of
humanitarian aid from Russia to the Gaza Strip. Previously, about 115 tons of
aid was delivered.
