Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan wrote this on his X page, referring to the president
of the European Commission.

Along with the post, Stepanyan shared photos of President of
the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, placing flowers on the Holocaust
Memorial and signing with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev an agreement on
doubling the export of Azerbaijani natural gas to the EU.
