Today, Deputy Governor of Tavush Province Narek Ghushchyan received the delegation led by French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies.
As Tavush governor’s office told NEWS.am, Artur Chagharyan, the head of Ijevan community, also attended the meeting.
Welcoming the guests, Ghushchyan showed them the province, the development priorities of the province, and talked about the cooperation with different organizations and cities of France.
Ambassador Olivier Decottignies thanked them for the warm welcome and noted that he was impressed by the nature of the province.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation with France’s Hauts-de-Seine region, security matters, as well as issues of broadening the scope of cooperation in various fields.
As part of the visit to Tavush Province, the delegation led by Olivier Decottignies visited the Lusadzor livestock farm of the HimnaTavush Development Fund and got acquainted with the farm’s production potential and its produce.
