Three years have passed since the November 9 tripartite
statement was signed. Armenia has been the only party to the statement that has
adhered to the terms of the agreement, ceding the Republic of Artsakh without
hesitation. In the past three years, our enemy, Azerbaijan, did not lose an
opportunity to manipulate the whole world and even mounted offensives against
the sovereign territory of Armenia. However, the Armenian authorities were
