Armenian Ombudsman: International human rights organizations should respond immediately to Vagif Khachatryan’s imprisonment

Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia Anahit Manasyan
made a Facebook post on Vagif Khachatryan’s imprisonment. 

“Vagif Khachatryan, abducted by Azerbaijani forces in the
Lachin Corridor, was sentenced to 15 years in prison in Baku, without observing
the international legal standards and guarantees related to human rights.
International human rights organizations should respond immediately,” the
Armenian Human Rights Defender wrote. 

To remind, Vagif Khachatryan was abducted from the illegal
Azerbaijani checkpoint over the Hakari bridge on his way to Yerevan from
Artsakh. He was coming to Armenia to undergo medical treatment.
