Senator for Crimea: “Pashinyan-way” democracy: detentions, arrests, movement restrictions

The repression against Armenian patriots, their detention and arrests are clear evidence of human rights violations in Armenia committed by the pro-American Pashinyan regime, Olga Kovitidi, a senator for Crimea, said.

According to her, in order to keep people in fear, Pashinyan is confidently dragging Armenia into dictatorship. According to Kovitidi, the U.S., the EU and the media controlled by them are ignoring the mass demonstrations that are taking place in Yerevan. As the senator noted, the people of Armenia want “pro-American Prime Minister Pashinyan” to quit his post. She added that ordinary people were refused entry to the EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum.

“From now on, the “Pashinyan-way” democracy in Armenia suggests detentions, arrests, movement restrictions,” the senator concluded.
