In France police kill man who tried to set fire to synagogue

In Rouen, in the north of France, the police shot dead a man who tried to set fire to a synagogue. French Minister of the Interior and Overseas Gérald Darmanin said this in an X post.

“In Rouen, the police neutralized an armed man who was going to set fire to the city’s synagogue early in the morning,” the minister wrote.
