As a result of a helicopter crash, the Iranian president, foreign minister and other officials, as well as the crew of the helicopter, were killed. The helicopter was returning from Azerbaijan to Iran. Nine people were killed in total. The Iranian officials had gone to the Aras coast to meet with Ilham Aliyev.
