Madat Babayan remanded in custody for 4 months in Baku

Madat Babayan from Artsakh, kept in Baku, has been remanded
in custody for four months, the Azerbaijani media reports. 

Babayan has been charged with five articles, including
“terrorism” and “founding armed groups”.

To remind, yesterday, Baku officially announced Madat
Babayan’s arrest. Babayan had gone missing during hostilities in September.
