Ararat Mirzoyan’s speech recapped

Ararat Mirzoyan’s speech recapped

During the four-party meeting in Granada, the leaders signed
a document pointing to a lasting and dignified peace.

We attach considerable importance to the normalization
process between the Republic of Armenia and Turkey. I would like to express
optimism that we may have good news about the border opening for third country
nationals.

Armenia is interested in having at least normalized
relations with its four neighbors.

We are not bluffing when we propose a peace intersection. We
understand what we have proposed: We want various infrastructures,
communication links, the East and the West in general, to be connected to each
other through economic and trade links.

There are some difficulties connected with the relations
between Armenia and Russia. There are many things that we are not pleased with.
Many things surprise us, but we are working toward tackling issues.

This is already the sixth round of meeting for the peace
treaty or exchanging comments and views on it.
