Russia’s Army Main Communications Directorate head arrested: World news recapped

The Investigative Committee of Russia has arrested Lt. Gen. Vadim Shamarin, the head of the Main Communications Directorate of the Armed Forces of Russia and the deputy chief of the General Staff, for suspected bribe-taking.
