Russian prime minister signs agreement on opening consulate general in Kapan

The Russian Government has agreed to the opening of a
Russian consulate general in Kapan. 

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the relevant
document. 

The consulate general in Kapan will be the second Russian
consulate general in Armenia. The first one was opened in Gyumri. 

 The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been
instructed to make an exchange of notes.
