Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova expressed her condolences regarding the floods in Armenia.
“We offer our heartfelt condolences to the brotherly Armenian people in connection with the natural disaster that has struck the republic, and we wish the victims a speedy recovery,” Zakharova wrote.
According to her, if necessary, the Armenian-Russian Humanitarian Response Center is ready to send additional forces and resources, as well as to provide humanitarian aid to the population affected.
