Russian Defense Ministry: Should there be a request from the Armenian side, units and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces will be immediately sent to the disaster areas

The Russian Ministry of Defense has offered assistance to the Armenian side in eliminating the consequences of floods. The Russian military is ready to arrive in the disaster zone, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.

“The command of the 102nd Military Base has been given relevant instructions for the deployment of personnel as well as the necessary equipment. Should there be a request from the Armenian side, units and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces will be immediately sent to the disaster areas,” the ministry said.
