If the U.S. is sincere in its assessments, it should explain
why Azerbaijan has not borne responsibility for violating the territorial
integrity of Armenia in 2021-2022 by invading Armenia in different directions
and keeping these territories in occupation. Secretary of the NA With Honor
Faction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post on this, referring to the State
Department’s statement on supporting Armenia’s sovereignty and territorial
integrity.
Abrahamyan noted that this is also about the urges against
the use of force, which is, in fact, the principle forming the core of the
Artsakh issue settlement. However, no measure was taken, and in 2020-2023,
Azerbaijan carried out its genocidal policy by use of force, thereby establishing
absolute control over Artsakh.

announced that it is the use of force, and not international law, that can
settle issues, no one, and in this very case the U.S., made its urges and
