Armenian Ombudsman visits released prisoners
Armenian Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Anahit Manasyan
and the Ombudsman’s office delegates have visited the persons who returned from
captivity a few days ago. The press service of the RA Ombudsman’s office issued
a statement on this.
“The Ombudsman is personally dealing with issues related to
the protection of their rights,” reads the statement.
To remind, 32 Armenian servicemen were released from
captivity on Dec. 14. Armenia, in turn, released two Azerbaijani murderers who
had killed a civilian in Kajaran.
