Palestine expecting to evacuate 200 civilians through Rafah Crossing

Palestine expects to evacuate 200 injured and foreigners
from Gaza through the Rafah Border Crossing. As TASS reports, Ambassador of the
State of Palestine to Russia Abdel Hafiz Nofal said this.

“We do not know anything yet. We only heard that the Rafah
Crossing will be open for 200 injured and maybe for foreigners. So far, no one
has crossed it. We are still waiting,” he said when asked if the Rafah Crossing
is open.

Earlier, Spokesperson for the Russian Diplomatic Mission in
Palestine Aliya Zaripova told TASS that the Russian diplomats are checking the
news reports about the opening of the Rafah Crossing between Egypt and the Gaza
Strip for the evacuation of foreigners. Zaripova said there are over 900
people, including more than 500 Russians, on the Russian list of evacuees.
