Armen Charchyan appointed Izmirlian Medical Center director

Former NA MP from the opposing NA Armenia Alliance Dr Armen
Charchyan has again taken up the post of director of Izmirlian Medical
Center. 

He made a Facebook post on this, noting that he was
reappointed to the post by the decision of the only shareholder of the medical
center, i.e. the Armenian Apostolic Church.
