Sergejs Potapkins, a former member of the Latvian Parliament, was present at the rally outside Saint Anna Church, Yerevan.
“I am here as a friend of Armenia and Artsakh. The people of Artsakh have the right to self-determination, and the entire Armenian people have the right to justice,” Potapkins said.
The former MP noted that he believes these two rights will be exercised and the people of Artsakh will return to their homes.
“When I go to Artsakh next time, I hope to see the life that I saw there before,” Potapkins said.
