A mine has blown off in Voskepar. ABC media’s sources in Voskepar say the incident happened around 12:30 p.m.
The incident took place near Holy Mother of God Church. An Armenian border guard was injured in the explosion. As noted, the border guard has lost his foot.
He has been taken to Noyemberyan Medical Center. Our sources also reported that yesterday, at about the same time, a mine exploded on the Azerbaijani side as well.
